During the session, I re-felt all the pain, anger, and confusion that came with the experience of being burned & in isolation. By revisiting and re-feeling this memory, I was able to fully release this protective part of me that was still impacting and driving parts of my life. It was as if a huge wall fell, and I could soften in ways that I never knew were possible. I was able to hold the little girl inside me and consciously rise more into my adult self. It was a full revelation to me.
